Coach Roger Grant was born and raised in Ogden Utah, attending Ben Lomond High School where he was a 3 sport Letterman (football, basketball and baseball). Coach Grant began his coaching career at Ogden High, coaching basketball for 7 years at the varsity level. He continued coaching in the Davis School district at Davis High, under head coach Jay Welk for an additional 3 years. Throughout his time at Davis High they succeeded in attaining 3 region championships and the state runner-up in 2010.
Coach Grant enjoys spending time with his wife and 8 children, who are also very involved in soccer, basketball and golf at various levels. They have lived in Davis County for 11 years and are excited to be a part of this inaugural year at Farmington High School.
Coach Grant is also the Head Boys Soccer Coach here at Farmington High School.
