Form Shooting- Make 25 next to basket (1 & 2 handed_
Elbow Jump Shot off down screen going right and left- Make 25 each way
Free Throws- Make 10
One dribble pull-up 2's going right (add shot fake sometimes)- Make 25
Free Throws- Make 10
One dribble pull-up 2's going left (add shot fake sometimes)- Make 25
Free Throws- Make 10
Spot up set 3's from baseline, wing, top, wing, baseline- Make 50 (10 each spot)
Free Throws- Make 10
Ball Screen pull-up 2's from elbows going right and left- Make 15 each way
Free Throws- Make 10
Ball Screen refusal pull-up 2's- Make 15
Free Throws- Make 10
Transition pull-up 3's- Make 15
Free Throws- Make 10
Double Staggered 3's going right and left- Make 15 each way
Free Throws- Make 10
